 We’re two former NCAA Division I athletes from the US and the UK, now passionate coaches with over a decade of combined experience in training, racing, and supporting runners of all levels. 


Our personal bests include 13:58 for 5K, 29:02 for 10K, 65 minutes for the half marathon, and 2:30 for the marathon.
