We’re two former NCAA Division I athletes from the US and the UK, now passionate coaches with over a decade of combined experience in training, racing, and supporting runners of all levels. Our personal bests include 13:58 for 5K, 29:02 for 10K, 65 minutes for the half marathon, and 2:30 for the marathon. Getting started is simple. Send us a quick message below and let us know what you’re interested in, whether it’s coaching, a training plan, or the free trial. We’ll reach out by email to learn about your training history, current fitness, and running goals. This is also a great opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to see how we work.


Within about three days of receiving your information, we’ll deliver your first personalized training plan, updated weekly, so we can begin working together to make real progress.

 

You can cancel anytime, although we recommend doing so before your next training month begins.
